PTC offers a hands-on and pragmatic approach of a communication strategy. For this, we have developed a communication tool box that contains a variety of ideas and communication measures to reach people on different distribution channels. We will review our catalog with you and decide which artifacts to use, depending on your company's culture, the identified stakeholders and our understanding of the change impact.

How it works

This Rapid Outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will create an initial communication strategy and communication tool box based on information captured in the initial interview with your program lead.
  2. PTC will review all impacted groups and gather the best communication tools for each.
  3. PTC will define communication roles and responsibilities for your team.
  4. PTC will present you with a final strategy for your upcoming business transformation.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have stakeholders and sponsors identified.
  • You must have the change impact analysis completed.
  • You must have your change network identified.
