For this we developed a communication tool box that contains a variety of ideas and communication measures to reach people on different distribution channels. We will review our catalogue with you and decide the best approach depending on your companies culture, the identified stakeholders and our understanding of the change impact.

How it works

  1. PTC will create an initial communication strategy and communication tool box based on information captured in initial interview with customer program lead
  2. PTC will review all impacted groups and gather the best communication tools for each impacted group
  3. PTC will create a definition of communication roles and responsibilities
  4. PTC will present a final strategy


Prerequisite: Must have stakeholders and sponsors identified, change impact analysis completed and must have a change network identified
