Connected Service Workshop Improve uptime of your products and enhance your customer’s experience with both your products and Service Organization

The Connected Service Workshop (CS Workshop) is designed to mentor your team in the creation of a Connected Service use case for any of the following PTC Connected Service products:

  • Asset Advisor for Service including Remote or Connected Field Service
  • Connected Service Parts Management

Upon completion of the CS Workshop, your team will understand how to identify, design and deploy connected service use cases to improve how your organization provides service to your customers.

PTC’s Connected Service solutions allows your organization to monitor how your customers are utilizing your products; provide warnings of issues that may lead to product downtime; allow your organization to do remote analysis of the issues; and resolve the issue either remotely or by creating a service event for a service technician to go onsite to correct the issue.
