In this service, PTC will develop four Connected Service Use Cases for any one of PTC's connected service solutions. These connected service use cases allow you to identify an event utilizing information from your connected device; analyze the situation; and take the appropriate action.
How it Works
This Success Service is a five week engagement and includes the following activities:
A PTC IoT expert and your team will identify four (4) use cases prior to start of project.
A PTC IoT expert will lead a remote workshop to design the use cases.
A PTC IoT expert will configure the use cases in the appropriate sandbox environments.
A PTC IoT expert will review the Solution Design Document (SDD) to close out the engagement.

Sandbox for the appropriate PTC Connected Service solution: * Asset Advisor for Service * Asset Advisor for Service with Remote Service * Asset Advisor for Service with Connected Field Service (ServiceMax) * Connected Field Service (ServiceMax) * Connected Service Parts Management
Your device needs to be connected and provide the data needed to support the use case.
You must identify up to three (3) people to participate in Use Case Identification process.
You must provide access to device data whether it is live or simulated.
Outcome: Develop four connected service use cases.
