Brand InService User Interface Update InService with your corporate logo and web styles to align InService with your other customer facing web applications.

In this service, a PTC InService expert will assist you in branding the InService User Interface (UI). This includes items such as inserting your logo, changing colors, layout of the menu, etc. After completing this service, the UI will be updated and your staff will understand how to update the UI if your branding needs change in the future.

How it Works

This Rapid Outcome is an 8 hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. Prior to the session, you will be provided the Brand InService User Interface Questionnaire which identifies the parts the the UI that you can change.
  2. Your team identifies the changes to be made and provides the Questionnaire back to PTC.
  3. A PTC InService expert will lead the sessions and make the appropriate changes to the UI.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have InSerivce 6.4 or higher.
  • You must attend InService Administration training.
  • You must have working knowledge of Corporate web standards, XSL-FO and XSL.
