PTC will work with you to understand the training plan and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to understand the successes and challenges of your training execution. PTC will create a final report with feedback and suggest recommendations on what to address and prioritize.

How it works

This Rapid Outcome is a 24-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will review your training plan as you have designed it
  2. PTC will interview the stakeholders to assess gaps or feedback.
  3. PTC will pull together all training completion data possible with PTC systems.
  4. PTC will create a report detailing the findings of the data to allow the sponsors to make well informed decisions.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have completed a training plan.
  • You must have executed delivery.
