Service Description

PTC will work with the customer to understand the training plan and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to understand the successes and challenges of the training execution. PTC will create a final report with feedback and suggest recommendations on what to address and prioritize.

How it works:

  1. PTC will review training plan to determine if it was executed as planned.
  2. PTC will gather feedback using simple surveys and/or the class feedback forms.
  3. PTC will produce a final report that highlights the issues and propose resolutions.
