The Accelerate Custom Course Creation Rapid Outcome focuses on accelerating time to value and solution adoption for customers that have purchased the add-on customization eLearning option. This service will show you how the customizable course capability works in PTC’s eLearning systems. You will learn how to create a new custom course, add content from the existing library, edit content, and add your own content. You will also be shown how to publish the content and configure the PTC Learning Connector to ensure your users have access to the custom content while working in context of the PTC solution.
How it works
This Rapid Outcome is an 8-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
You can choose to schedule either one remote 8-hour event or break it into two remote events that are 4-hours each.
An eLearning expert will work with your eLearning administration team to review the items in the Service Description.
After event is completed, you will have a custom course created, reviewed, and released to your eLearning users.
The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:
You must have a subscription to PTC University eLearning Library.
You must have the add-on Customizable eLearning Library capability.
