Beschreibung

  • Unable to view Traces when launching the Manage Traces mashup from Windchill
  • Attempted to configure SSL between ThingWorx and Windchill but cannot view Traces due to an SSL error
  • SSL connection is not working between ThingWorx and Windchill
  • The following errors are seen:
    • ThingWorx ApplicationLog.log:
      • [context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@4d62195][message: Unable to Invoke Service GetTraceTypes on TraceabilityMashupService : Received fatal alert: handshake_failure]
      • [context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@412d2f2a][message: Unable to Invoke Service GetStructure on TraceabilityMashupService : Received fatal alert: handshake_failure]
    • ThingWorx Tomcat catalina.out log (with Tomcat SSL logging enabled):
      • Warning: no suitable certificate found - continuing without client authentication
    • PTC HTTP Server error.log:
      • [DATE_TIME] [ssl:error] [pid 7768:tid 2884] [client [CLIENT_IP]:[CLIENT_PORT]] AH02261: Re-negotiation handshake failed
        [DATE_TIME] [ssl:error] [pid 7768:tid 2884] SSL Library Error: error:140890C7:SSL routines:ssl3_get_client_certificate:peer did not return a certificate -- No CAs known to server for verification?
    • ​​​Attempting to manually run the GetStructure service on the TracabilityMashupService results in the following
      • Error executing service
        Unable to Invoke Service GetStructure on TraceabilityMashupService : JSON Server error HTTP 403 <html> ... <td>Client not trusted</td> ... </html>
