從專案擷取 Pro/ENGINEER 資料的另一種方式，是從 Windchill ProjectLink 專案將零件或組件拖放到 Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 中。

若要使用這項功能，請瀏覽至「資料夾瀏覽器 (Folder Navigator)」中的專案資料夾，專案資料夾就會自動在內嵌 Pro/ENGINEER 瀏覽器裡展開。選取您要開啟的檔案，然後將其拖曳到 Pro/ENGINEER 圖形視窗中。零件或組件即會自動出現在 Pro/ENGINEER 中。
