Create Account

Basic Account

A Basic Account provides access to subscription-based email, such as the PTC Express newsletter, free downloads and easy registration for events and webcasts.

Customer Account

A Customer Account provides access to Maintenance Support entitled features such as the Technical Support Knowledge Base, Software Downloads and Web-based Support Tools (access to some tools does not require an active Maintenance agreement)

In order to create your account, you will need your company's:
  1. Customer Number
  2. Any one of the following
    • Service Contract Number (SCN)
    • Sales Order Number (SON)
    • Site Number

This information can be found in the "Help/About" menu of your software or if you need assistance, contact Web Account Support.

Partner Account

If you are a PTC Value Added Reseller, use this to create an account that will enable access to PTC Internal Partner areas.

In order to create your account, you will need your company's:
  1. Customer Number
  2. Security ID
