Introduction The Business Summary Web Tool (BSWT) has been designed with and for our customers to provide instant, accurate and easy access to the information on your business with PTC. The BSWT allows you to easily find both summary and detailed information on your business with PTC like software licenses, software orders, host id details, maintenance service contracts and quotes and Technical Support statistics. By taking a Product Life Cycle approach to product reporting, the BSWT allows you to easily see how licenses are: Ordered (Software sales order history going back to October 1997) Installed (Host id details) Maintenance (Service Contract and Quote) Supported (Technical Support statistics) You can find more information on the content and the Product Life Cycle concept on the Content page. By clicking on the phases of the Product Life Cycle you will see how each phase is represented in the BSWT. The BSWT is available in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese. The Glossary provides definitions for all the "PTC terms" used in the BSWT. Mouse over definitions Most column headers include the help-icon . When you drag your mouse over the icon, a definition pops up with information on the data in that particular column. The definitions are available in all supported languages. Questions and Issues On every page you will find a link called "Log a Case" which will connect you to the Customer Care Call Logger . This web tool can be used to log a case for any questions that you might have on the BSWT or if you think the data is incorrect. Each call is routed to the designated support group which ensures speedy and comprehensive responses to your questions.
