Completing a comprehensive quality management suite together with Windchill Nonconformance and Windchill CAPA, Windchill CEM (Customer Experience Management) offers an end-to-end solution to capture, record, and track customer complaints. With features supporting rapid call center intake, detailed quality investigations and inquiries, and returned product analysis, Windchill CEM facilitates the efficient intake of customer quality issues, ensures traceability through to correction of an issue, and supports robust trending and reporting capabilities via Windchill Report Builder. And with its seamless integration to Windchill CAPA and other elements of PLM, Windchill CEM offers direct connectivity to the change management, document management, audit management, and BOM management capabilities necessary to support closed-loop quality management across the enterprise.
Protect designed-in product quality throughout the lifecycle by connecting critical characteristics in the CAD model, defined in Creo, to risk and reliability analysis in the Windchill Quality Solutions suite. By publishing critical characteristics from Creo into Windchill, these characteristics are flagged in a synchronized product Bill of Materials in the Windchill Quality Solutions suite, communicating the need for risk and reliability measures – such as test plans and manufacturing control plans – to be devised by the reliability engineer. Capture the original design intent for product quality, and ensure it is communicated seamlessly to testing and manufacturing personnel through this new, automated integration.
