Windchill 9.0 Request

With this release, PTC is not automatically shipping Windchill 9.0. Instead, customers have the option to request the software in order to meet the requirements of their upgrade plans. Active maintenance-paying customers have two methods for obtaining the software:

Request a Windchill 9.0 CD Set Shipment

The software will be shipped to the addresses and contacts contained within our system. If you are not sure whether this contact information is correct, you may review and update your information using the tools provided prior to placing your request.

Download the Windchill 9.0 CD Images

You can request access to the Windchill 9.0 download. A Call Number will be returned to allow you to track the status of your request.

Please allow 2 business days for your request to be processed. By then, your account information will be updated granting you access to Download Windchill 9.0.
