PTC Software products are tested on the latest operating system service pack available at the time of release. Because Creo Elements/Direct system requirements define a minimum operating system service pack, a newer Microsoft service pack should not affect Creo Elements/Direct products.

However, PTC cannot guarantee the correct functioning of Creo Elements/Direct products on newer operating system service packs. If Creo Elements/Direct products are incompatible with the newest service pack, PTC will attempt to remove the incompatibilities in the next service pack or major release of its products.
