PTC Servigistics Command Center provides real-time monitoring of entire service operations, automated alerts and management by exception, trending, reporting, and dashboards.

PTC Servigistics Planned Service allows the service organization to plan, schedule and monitor more complex proactive service events such as routine maintenance, installation and/or upgrades. These service events may include coordinating different resources and scheduling multiple resources across multiple days.
PTC Servigistics Scheduling and Dispatch automates the planning, scheduling and dispatch of field service technicians and vehicles for break-fix and planned service in accordance with Service Level Agreements, along with a number of different parameters.
