PTC Servigistics Command Center provides real-time monitoring of entire service operations, automated alerts and management by exception, trending, reporting, and dashboards.

PTC Servigistics Planned Service allows the service organization to plan, schedule and monitor more complex proactive service events such as routine maintenance, installation and/or upgrades. These service events may include coordinating different resources and scheduling multiple resources across multiple days.
PTC Servigistics Scheduling and Dispatch automates the planning, scheduling and dispatch of field service technicians and vehicles for break-fix and planned service in accordance with Service Level Agreements, along with a number of different parameters. This provides a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing technician utilization.
PTC Servigistics Parts Locator provides real-time part availability and location information that is directly integrated with field dispatch to enable the service session to be scheduled when parts and technicians are available. This ensures that the right technician is sent along with the right parts to correct the problem on the first visit.
PTC Servigistics Mobility delivers mobile applications for technicians in the field to accept, diagnose, travel and resolve tickets. This provides a single streamlined mechanism for technicians to manage their day and provide feedback on the work performed.
