Portals Help Page - Running Windows XP with SP2

If you have Windows XP with service pack 2 installed you may be running into a bug from Microsoft that has to do with loopback IP addresses. You either need to un-install SP2 or install a hot fix from Microsoft. In order to see what system you are running:

1. Right click the 'My Computer' icon. Usually located on the top left of your computer desktop.
2. Choose 'Properties'
3. This is where you'll see what system you are running.
