Portals Help Page - PAGE NOT FOUND Error

Occasionally the portal appears to be working and some pages are reachable. However, a few pages are not working and give an error (example: Monday Webcast Archives). If some items do not work and others give you get a 'PAGE NOT FOUND' error, you may be having issues with the Secure Application Manager (SAM).

Page not found errors may be due to one of the following three problems:

  1. You are running a pop-up stopper.

  2. You are running Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed.

  3. Your computer does not allow the local hosts file to be written to.

  4. You are running a proxy service.
