Platform Notes - Distributed Services Manager 2.0 Application Programming Interface
The platform-specific compiler requirements for the Distributed Services Manager API follow. The API is supported on all Pro/ENGINEER platforms and is available on the standard Pro/ENGINEER CD-ROM under the Distributed Services Manager option. The API requires a valid platform for running the Distributed Services Manager. See

PTC provides the makefiles to build C and C++ applications for regression test purposes. These makefiles can be found in the <DSM loadpoint>/ds_api/c_api/<machine>/obj directory. It is recommended that these makefiles be used as templates to produce quality applications.
