NOTES:

For Intense3D Wildcat 4110 graphics, use driver version 04010044.
If using High IMPACT graphics, "Upgrade to 4MB of texture memory for Indigo2 High IMPACT graphics" (HU-HIMEZ) is required.
If using Maximum IMPACT graphics, "Upgrade to 4MB of texture memory for Indigo2 High IMPACT graphics" (HU-MAXMEZ) is required.
The nVidia Quadro2 Pro graphics on a Dell workstation require the use of the 6.49 driver from Dell.
The use of Intense3D Wildcat 4110 graphics with an SGI Zx10 system requires the 04.01.02.05 driver from 3DLabs
