PTC's logos, logotypes, signatures and design marks are valuable assets that PTC needs to protect. Accordingly, we ask that our business partners, customers and other third parties follow these guidelines with respect to PTC logos. PTC logos may never be used by third parties except under a license or express written consent from PTC. PTC generally does not permit third parties to use its corporate logo except as a hyper link to www.ptc.com. All uses of PTC logos must be approved by the PTC Brand Steward.

Our logo as a link

If you are interested in using the PTC Corporate logo as a link on your Web site to the PTC Web site, please read, complete and sign the attached request form (PDF) and fax the completed form to 781 370-5615. This consent provides the parameters around which hyper linking is permitted - if you have any questions on the form contact the PTC Brand Steward Once your fax is received, you will be notified if approval is given and sent the appropriate guidelines and artwork.

PTC maintains a number of cooperative partner programs. These are listed below. As a component of these programs, PTC has created partner logos and associated guidelines. If you are a member of a PTC partner program and would like further information on the particular partner logo usage rules and guidelines, please contact the PTC Brand Steward or your program representative. Requesting logos

If you wish to use any PTC logos, please send the following information to brandsteward@ptc.com.

1. Your name, company name and contact information (phone number, fax number, email address)
2. Background information on your company, detailing any relationship with PTC and your PTC Contact name
3. Which PTC logo you would like to use (Corporate logo, product logotype etc)
4. A short description of your proposed use of the logo including; why you want to use the logo, where the logo would appear, the duration and geographical extent of the proposed use, how the logo would be displayed relative to your corporate name and logo, and whether the PTC logo would be one of various logos appearing
5. A description of PTC's involvement in any program or project in association with which you propose to use the PTC logo
6. Any previous correspondence you have had with PTC regarding this logo request
7. A mock-up or sample drawing showing your proposed use

Once your submission is received, you will be notified if approval is given and sent a logo license agreement, electronic artwork and usage guidelines where appropriate. The normal turnaround time for such requests is one week. All uses of PTC logos must be approved by the PTC Brand Steward.

PTC Tagline Usage

Under no circumstances may third parties use, imitate, or play off of PTC corporate taglines. (e.g. "Shaping Innovation" or "The Product Development Company"). PTC taglines are reserved for exclusive use by PTC.

PTC reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display any PTC Logo, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of these Logos that, in PTC's sole judgment, does not comply with the guidelines, or might otherwise impair PTC's Logo rights.
