PTC Displaces SDRC at Streamline Technology Group

Major California VAR selects Pro/ENGINEER® as Premier Product Development Offering

NEEDHAM, Mass. – April 30, 2002 - PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the product development company™, today announced that former SDRC partner Streamline Technology Group has become a member of PTC's value-added reseller (VAR) program, adding PTC's leading line of product development solutions line to their offerings.

Streamline is a high technology engineering services company for the computer aided engineering and industrial design markets, and a value-added reseller of high-end computer systems and digital content creation software packages.
