NEEDHAM, Mass. - November 28, 2001 - PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the product development company™, today announced that Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) and PTC will open a joint training center to deliver training on Windchill® software, one of the leading CPC tools allowing comprehensive Product Life cycle Management (PLM)in France. This will provide a more complete service to European customers of the Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) market.

The Windchill trainers are CGEY experienced consultants who have completed the PTC certification program for trainers.
