Modifying the Properties of an Item Double click on an item to launch its properties dialog and modify several different properties at one time. Move the cursor over a portion of the selected item and use the right mouse button to access a list of commands. For example, double click on a note to modify the text and text style at the same time. Select portions of the note to be modified add a jog to the note leader, or modify the arrow style. Use the pick box with filters to select multiple items at one time.

Automatically Clean up BOM Balloon Placement and Create Tables of Multiple Configurations Automatically clean up the placement of BOM balloons in a view. Choose to align them around the view or stagger them. The defaults will be used to initially place balloons on another view. Find the related item in the table by selecting the balloon the corresponding item will highlight in the table. List multiple product configurations in one table.
