Upgrade to a Customer Support Web Account
With an Upgraded Customer Support Web Account, you will have access to all of the benefits of web-based Technical Support. The exclusive web-based support tools include call logging and tracking, downloading software updates, searching the Knowledge Database, subscribing to support email alerts and live and recorded tips and techniques sessions.
To upgrade your account, you must have an active Maintenance Support agreement. You will need your Customer Number and either your Service Contract Number (SCN), Sales Order Number (SON) or Site Number.
