Multi-Object (Parts and Documents) Edit
Windchill 9.1 provides a tabular user interface that improves users’ efficiency when they need to make edits to multiple objects. The tabular interface minimizes the number of clicks required to make the same or similar meta data edits to a set of objects.

Benefits and Description
The multiple-object capability presents the user with a tabular window that allows her to modify the metadata for multiple objects at once. This minimizes the need to have to perform the same actions and edits one object at a time. The following capabilities are provided:
- Works for parts and documents
- Available OOTB from the Folder Browser and Search Results
- Allows you to, for an attribute, set the same value to all or a subset of the selected objects
- Allows you to work with each selected object separately
- Allows you to view different attribute lists using Table Views
