Benefits and Description
Cases arise where it makes sense to initiate a change from an earlier iteration than the current latest. In 9.0, the ability to check-out a non-latest iteration was introduced to allow this behavior. When enabled and a user attempted to checkout a non-latest iteration an overriddable conflict was thrown as a warning to make users aware of the operation about to be performed. Starting with 9.1, to further streamline the user’s experience an additional value has been added allowing to control whether the overriddable conflict is thrown, or not, when the ‘Allow checkout of non-latest iterations’ preference is enabled.
