• Master Srl needed to improve Creo data management, change and configuration management, document management, and collaboration between departments. They also looked to reduce design time and time to market, and to develop more innovative products.
• Master Srl sells products to 48 countries, and therefore needs to create and manage catalogs and  technical documents in many languages.

• Working with Softech, an authorized PTC Reseller, Master Srl adopted PTC Windchill PDMLink, Creo Parametric, and Creo Complete Mold Design.
• PTC Arbortext Editor, Styler, and IsoDraw CADprocess are efficiently used for technical documents, user manuals, and spare parts catalogs
